Teaching

Her teaching is based on a subtle way of being, one which is unconnected to any effort or force and is not sustained by any technique, but rather is inspired by the spiritual teachings of the master of all time and all cultures and illuminated by the presence of Eckhart Tolle, Spiritual Master and author of The Power of Now. This subtle approach is based on a high quality of attention, on perception that does not adhere to judgment but rather supercedes it, on a simple listening, and an acknowledgement of inner movements. It is a path in which effort is substituted by a harmonious moving forward, which frees one from the habits of emotional and physical suffering and, imperceptibly yet progressively, from compulsive behaviors, obsessive repetition and the boredom of an empty life. This gentle allowing generates surprise, spontaneity, and freshness, like a wind that pushes toward a space of freedom, and thus of discovery and a new consciousness no longer connected to personal dimensions that are familiar and therefore repetitive. The exploration of inner dimensions comes very spontaneously and lucidly in everyday happenings. It generates a growing self-confidence that feeds the capacity of free choice and purpose and adheres to the requisites of the moment in a new and creative way. This in turn allows one to experience a harmonious being with the surroundings, a flexible tranquil state that draws on a vaster awareness that transcends the personal.

Her teaching is mainly experiential. Her great intuition, her quality of attentive listening and her profound awareness of various meditative techniques are the capacities with which she creates for each encounter, be it with a group or an individual, a new path with respect to the present of each being.
