Scope of Sensitive Data Processing

On the basis of the needs expressed, from time to time, by the user as they access the various sections of the site, the scope of processing the personal data provided directly by the users when compiling the on-line forms may be the following:

3. User has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed illegally, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations described in in points a) and b) have been notified, also as concerns their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose completely or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending promotional material or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
